The collaboration between Grundfos and Unika Danmark began in the mid-1980s, and has since developed into a close and trust-based partnership. When the world’s largest pump manufacturer launches new products, reliable suppliers who are solution-oriented, act quickly, and deliver with precision are essential. That’s what Unika delivers.

When Grundfos developed the intelligent circulation pump MAGNA3, Unika was entrusted with the entire tool manufacturing process, as well as the production of the technical plastic parts for the protective housing. The requirements were uncompromising: top quality, full delivery reliability, and documented traceability. Unika was ready from day one.

In close collaboration with Grundfos’ development and quality departments, we have, since 2013, continuously refined and optimised both tools and production methods. Today, MAGNA3 components are produced at Unika using fully automated production with integrated vision technology, robotic handling, and ongoing quality monitoring.

Every component is validated and documented down to the smallest detail. Our ability to deliver both technological excellence and reliability is the reason Grundfos continues to choose Unika as a strategic partner.
