Unika supports young people who want to pursue a technical education and is happy to help them complete their apprenticeship and obtain their final qualification. We see it as a crucial social responsibility to help young and ambitious people achieve their goals.

• Unika Denmark is actively involved in apprenticeship training. We typically have 4–6 apprentices in training at any time – within plastics processing, industrial machining, and toolmaking.
• We are always supportive when employees wish to pursue further education. In new recruitment, we often offer a trial internship or student position first to give the candidate insight into the profession and expectations. This ensures clear mutual expectations and a higher success rate in the training process.
