Measuring Facilities

measuring facilities

Well-equipped measurement facilities ensure documented quality in every detail

We operate three CMM machines and an optical 3D scanner, each selected to handle both large and small components. We measure metal parts, tooling components, and plastic parts with extremely high precision.

In short:

  • Zeiss coordinate measuring machines: Automated 3D measurement of geometries and tolerances
  • Optical scanning (Zeiss Comet): Fast, non-contact measurement of freeform surfaces and 3D models
  • Our measurement lab is temperature-controlled, and all equipment is calibrated for documentation and validation.

Zeiss Contura G2

  • Accuracy: 0.0019 mm
  • Used for high-precision measurements of tooling components and function-critical parts.

Zeiss DuraMax

  • Accuracy: 0.0024 mm
  • A compact and flexible CMM ideal for tooling measurements and repeatability checks.

DEA Global 6D

  • Accuracy: 0.0024 mm
  • Specialized for inspection of sinker EDM electrodes.

Zeiss Comet L3D (8MP)

  • Optical 3D Scanner Accuracy variation down to 0.016 mm
  • Ideal for reverse engineering and visual documentation (including color mapping, etc.).
